Agency for Statistics of BiH Launches EU SDG Portal for Bosnia and Herzegovina
The Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina has launched the EU SDG Portal, bringing together approximately 100 indicators in one place to monitor the country's progress towards achieving the Sustainable Development Goals.
The portal was presented on 20 October 2026, during the celebration of European Statistics Day, by Ševala Korajčević, Head of the Department for Environment, Energy and Regional Statistics.
The portal serves as a central digital platform providing access to reliable and methodologically harmonised data on sustainable development in Bosnia and Herzegovina. The indicators are organised according to the 17 goals of the 2030 Agenda and adapted to Bosnia and Herzegovina. The data are continuously updated and made available together with relevant methodological information.
Users can explore indicators by goal, monitor progress and access interactive charts and tables. The data are publicly available and can be downloaded in CSV format, allowing for further use and analysis. The portal is intended for institutions, policymakers, researchers, the media and all interested citizens.
The portal was developed under the IPA 2022 Multi-beneficiary Statistical Cooperation Programme (SP 7.2 Sustainable Development). The project supports the strengthening of the statistical system's capacity to measure and monitor sustainable development in Bosnia and Herzegovina, in line with European statistical standards.
The portal is available at eu-sdg.bhas.gov.ba and can also be accessed through the Agency's homepage.
