Survey on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Enterprises 2025 via a Web Questionnaire
The Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina will conduct, for the first time, a survey via a web-based questionnaire form titled "Survey on the Use of Information and Communication Technologies in Enterprises 2025 (ICT-E 2025)" in the territory of Brčko District from February 20 to March 20, 2025.
During the same period, the survey will be conducted in the Federation of BiH and Republika Srpska by the competent statistical institutions.
The aim of the survey is to collect relevant statistical data on enterprises. The web questionnaire form used for this survey will replace the previously applied method of data collection via telephone interviews.
Enterprises have been selected for this survey using a random sampling method, based on data available from the Statistical Business Register of the Agency for Statistics of BiH.
All data collected through the survey are strictly confidential and constitute an official secret. They will be used exclusively for statistical purposes, in accordance with the Law on Statistics of BiH ("Official Gazette of BiH", No. 26/2004 and 42/2004).
