User satisfaction survey
The Agency for Statistics of Bosnia and Herzegovina regulary conduct user satisfaction survey on a biennial basis. We constantly monitoring the satisfaction and needs of the users of our statistical data and services, improving our products and services based on their opinions and proposals.
The survey was conducted between October 7 and November 30, 2020.
Key findings for USS 2020 are presented in the Report which is divided into several basic segments:
- Demographic characteristics of users
- Data use / website access
- Customer satisfaction with the products and services of the Agency
- Customer satisfaction - meeting the needs and expectations of customers
- User satisfaction with data quality for individual statistical areas
- Satisfaction with the quality of products and services
- Satisfaction with the relationship with the employees of the Agency
- Total customer satisfaction index
